The movie"Whale Fish Market" tells the story of Wan, who experiences a rapid series of setbacks when she is fired from her job and then unexpectedly inherits her father's struggling grocery store. Feeling the weight of the store's decline during tough times, Wan is determined to revive it. Along the way, she crosses paths with Maewnam, a diligent and charming customer who frequents the store. Despite Maewnam's helpfulness and encouragement towards Wan's endeavors to revitalize the business, she harbors a secret related to her own family's trade that could potentially sabotage Wan's aspirations.
